Privacy
Last updated: July 2026
This is the short, honest version. We collect what we need to run raise.dog and help your puppy, and nothing more. We do not sell your data. Here is exactly what happens with your information.
We use your information to run the service and to make Pup useful to you. Your puppy profile and your logs let us build a plan for your exact breed and age and keep it current. Your chat content lets Pup answer with your puppy in mind instead of giving generic advice. We also use your email to send you the account and reminder messages you ask for. That is it.
Pup is powered by AI. To generate replies, we send the needed parts of your message and your puppy profile to a trusted third-party AI provider that processes it and sends back a response. They handle this data to provide that service to us, and we choose providers that take privacy and security seriously. We do not use your conversations to train public models.
We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. The only parties who ever touch your data are the service providers we need to actually run raise.dog, and only for that purpose.
Your data is yours. You can ask us for a copy of your information at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Email us and we will take care of it. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from our active systems.
We use a small number of cookies, mostly to keep you logged in and to keep the app running smoothly. We do not use cookies to follow you around the internet or to sell your attention.
raise.dog is meant for adults raising a puppy. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top and, for anything important, let you know inside the app. If you ever have a question about your privacy, or you want your data exported or deleted, just reach out to us and a real person will help.
